We train restrictedly, Traditional ShotoKan Karate and follow the curriculum set by Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa. We are devoted of spreading Soke Kanazawa’s Karate philosophy and teaching. Our warm up is hard work out, challenging and helps body conditioning.

Since late 80’s we have been in Marin and east bay and recently we have dojo in Larkspur and Pinole.

We are one of founders of Shotokan Karate-Do International – United States Federation.
