We strictly train in the style of Traditional Shotokan Karate, and follow the curriculum set by Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa. We are dedicated to spreading Soke Kanazawa’s Karate philosophy and teaching. Our warm up is a hard work out that is challenging and helps with body conditioning.

Since the late 80’s, we have been in Marin and the East Bay, and we now have dojos in both Larkspur and Pinole.

We are one of the founders of the Shotokan Karate-Do International – United States Federation.
